Quality Guaranteed. We are so confident that you will love your HD metal prints and ornaments that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of your products, you can return them within 30 days from the delivery date. Upon receipt, we will provide a full refund in store credit for future orders.
Please note that Veeslide LLC does not refund return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs to return the product.
We do not allow returns for custom or discounted products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also have its tags and original packaging.
To initiate a return, the customer should contact our customer service through our email info@veeslide.us and provide the order number and purchase date. Once the return request is received, our customer service team will provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full store credit refund for future orders.
General Information:
The inclusion of any product or service on this website at a particular time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
If, for any reason, we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the corresponding amount using the same method used for payment. If alternative arrangements are necessary for any reason, we will contact you to settle the refund.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss arising in connection with your order will be limited to the total price of your order.
VEESLIDE LLC is not responsible for indirect losses that are a secondary effect of the main loss, such as loss of opportunities, or for non-compliance with your order when such non-compliance is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including, among others, fire, flood, storm, riots, civil unrest, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity, and pandemic.
You have the right to cancel your order with us and receive a full refund. You have 5 hours from the time you placed your order online to notify us that you wish to cancel, and you must do so by contacting us at contacto@veeslide.com. If your contract is canceled in full, we will provide a refund to the same payment method used for the items within 15 business days of the cancellation date.
Damages:
If you received a damaged product, notify us immediately for assistance. Send us an email with images to contacto@veeslide.com so that we can process your claim. PLEASE KEEP ALL YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Once we receive the images, we will provide a response promptly.
Due to the uniqueness and raw materials used in some of our products, the color, finish, and dye lot may vary on each item. Additionally, exposure to light and changes in temperature can affect the condition of your merchandise over time.
Regarding HD metal prints, unless the print has a defect, you will be responsible for the return costs to Veeslide LLC. If the print is defective for reasons other than those listed below, we will send you a return label to send us the print.
Product Limitations: Please understand that while we strive for perfection in all our prints, some may have slight imperfections that are beyond our control; refer below for imperfections in each medium. Our premium products have certain characteristics and challenges by nature.
High Definition Metal Prints:
- They may sometimes have slight raised bumps the size of a dot that can be seen at certain angles.
- We cannot guarantee color matching with your monitor because each monitor is different.
- There is some darkening that occurs naturally due to the heat transfer to the metal.
Exchanges:
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you have a specific issue, please contact us so we can assist you further and find a solution.
