It is crucial to note that in the case of acquiring both frames and acrylic ornaments, the shipping of these products will be determined independently. Consequently, they may arrive at the customer-provided address at different times. We appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal for any additional inquiries.
ORNAMENT SHIPPING: Shipping Time: 2/5 business days after order confirmation. Shipping costs are determined directly by the website at the time of purchase.
HD METAL PRINTS SHIPPING: Current Production Time: 7/10 business days + Shipping Time: 2/5 business days. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $250. For wholesale purchases or custom frames, please contact us for a quote.

Veeslide LLC makes every effort to ensure that merchandise arrives within the quoted delivery period. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance; however, we do not offer monetary compensation for late delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been successfully placed. Another email will be sent once your order has been successfully shipped, and you can track it using the tracking number provided via email.
VEESLIDE LLC is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by carriers, invalid delivery addresses, or incorrect contact information provided at checkout. All items are professionally packaged to be fully insured and protected during transit. Shipping timelines vary depending on the selected carrier and the destination of your package.
During holiday seasons such as Christmas, there may be slightly delayed shipments.
If your package is valued at less than $500 and you want it to require a signature upon delivery, please request it in the notes section of your order. VEESLIDE LLC is not responsible for stolen packages.
VEESLIDE LLC ships to one address per order. The same order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
Customers are responsible for their space limitations. Please consider any passages that could cause delivery issues (e.g., stairs, hallways, doors, elevators, etc.).
We do not have storage space in our warehouses; therefore, once your order is completed, it will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer within the specified timeframe.
